I grant to Debi Parnell Photography the right to take photographs of individual(s) in this scheduled photography session. I authorize Debi Parnell Photography, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I understand that all images are intellectual property and copyright of Debi Parnell Photography.

I agree that Debi Parnell Photography may use such images without my name stated for any lawful purpose for the use of publicity, illustration, advertising, and/or online website content.
